Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a charge for viewing the webcast?
Yes — a modest one-time charge of $30 that includes access to all scheduled competition events. If you miss a performance, no problem: every competitor performance is available for replay for 10 days after the convention ends.
How do I purchase and watch the webcast?
The site is new for 2026, so everyone creates a new free account the first time — the quickest way is the Google or Facebook button, or use your email and a password. Then buy your $30 pass with any major card — the same login takes you straight to the webcast any time. We also have a short How-To video that walks you through it.
How long can I watch the recordings?
All competitor performances are available for replay for 10 days after the convention ends. Look for the recordings on the webcast event page. After that window the replay access closes.
Is the Coronet Club Show included?
No — the Friday night Coronet Club Show ("An Evening with the Champions") is a separate special event with its own webcast site. It is sold separately for $30 at CoronetClubWebcast.com, which also includes replay access to that show. Your convention webcast pass covers all scheduled competition events, but not the Coronet Club Show.
Will the webcast work with my device?
We recommend playing the Columbus 2026 Preview on the device you plan to use. If the preview plays smoothly, your device meets the requirements and the live stream and recordings will work too. If the preview has trouble, see the Support page.
I bought the webcast — now how do I watch?
Click “Login / Signup” in the menu and log in. Once you’re signed in, open the event from the home page (or the Watch link) and the video player loads right there. The same login works on any device.
I forgot my password.
No problem — click “Forgot password” on the sign-in page and we’ll email you a link to reset it.
Can I watch over home Wi-Fi, or at a hotel or coffee shop?
Usually yes over home internet — a wired connection is most reliable if you have one. For hotels and cafés it depends on the venue’s internet quality and how busy it is. Either way, play the Columbus 2026 Preview first on the same device and connection you plan to use.
The video is freezing, skipping, or not playing well — what can I do?
Try these in order: (1) Check your internet — if you’re on Wi-Fi, switch to a wired connection and reduce the number of devices using the network. (2) Try a different browser such as Firefox, Google Chrome, or Microsoft Edge. (3) If it still isn’t working, visit the Support page.
Can I watch on my iPhone, iPad, Android phone, or tablet?
Yes — the webcast works on iOS (iPhone, iPad, Apple TV via AirPlay) and on almost all Android and Chrome devices. As always, play the Columbus 2026 Preview on your device first.
Will it work on my Roku, smart TV, or game console?
Many do, but some streaming boxes and TVs aren’t set up to play the live webcast. Play the Columbus 2026 Preview in a web browser on the device. If it won’t play, watch on a computer instead — most TVs can accept an HDMI cable from a computer that’s connected to the webcast.
